style="font-size:16px;">当有甉|信号有伺服放大器输入Ӟ力矩马达中的衔铁上的U圈中就有电通过Qƈ产生一场Q在两旁的磁铁作用下Q生一旋{力矩Q衔铁旋{Q同时带动与之相q的挡板转动Q此挡板伸到两个喷嘴中间。在正常E_工况Ӟ挡板两侧与喷嘴的距离相等Q两侧喷嘴的泄沚wU相{,则喷嘴两侧a压相{。当有电气信可入,衔铁带动挡板转动Ӟ则挡杉Kq一只喷_使这只喷嘴的泄a面积变小Q流量变,喷嘴前的油压变高Q而对侧的喷嘴与挡杉K的距d大,泄a量增大,量变大Q喷嘴前的压力变低Q这样就原来的甉|信号转换成力矩而生机CUMP再{变ؓ油压信号Qƈ通过喷嘴挡板pȝ信h大。挡板两侧的喷嘴前a压与下部滑阀的两个腔室相通,因此Q当两个喷嘴前的油压不等Ӟ则滑阀两端的a压也不相{,滑阀在压差的作用下生移动,滑阀上的凸肩所控制的a口开启或关闭Q便可以控制高压油由此通向油动机活塞杆腔,以开大汽阀的开度,或者将zd杆腔通向回aQɋzd杆腔的a泄去Q由弹簧力关或关闭汽阀。ؓ了增加调节系l的E_性,在伺服阀中设|了反馈弹簧Q另外在伺服阀调整时有一定的机械零偏Q以便在q行中突然发生断甉|失去电信hQ借机械力量最后滑阀偏移一侧,使汽阀关闭?/span><span
